My favorite nail place for 20+ years!!! I lived in California for seven years and tried many places and nothing compares. I would always come here anytime I came home to visit. Staff is amazing. The best part is they actually give you a massage with your pedicure unlike many other places.
I stumbled across this place while trying to get a gel manicure. I like the atmosphere, its very clean and the staff was very friendly. I have been going ever since. A lady by the name of Alexa has been doing my nails. But the last couple of times I went,her attitude has been really off. When you are removing gel from your nails it should be soaked off first.(so thats what I thought She likes to just use the drill to remove it). I explained to her that, it burns can we soak it off first she responded I DON'T HAVE TIME!. Okay I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I went back this Saturday. And low and behold she does it again. I asked her again to please soak it first cause the drill burns( her response was i don't know why). I DON'T HAVE TIME. She jumps up from her table go grab a mask and continue to use the drill. A couple of times I had to pull my hand back from her. Now im fed up. So before I lost my cool. I took a deep breath and touched her on her arm and ask her was she okay. She said yes. I asked her was she sure.( i think she felt my energy cause she kind of lighten up a little bit). Im not sure if she only does that to me or her other customers . Im a paying customer (plus tips). If i request something I think it should be granted. Not me getting attitude 😒. I will not be going back there. I know im just one person so it wouldn't make a difference. But I didn't like the way I was treated the last couple times. So im going to move. That is the reason my I gave them two stars
Julie and the rest of the staff are always so kind and professional. Julie never disappoints with my gel manicure. I always leave happy and loving my nails. The spa pedicures are also amazing and so relaxing.
I went here last week for a full gel x set. I was a walk in, so I didn’t expect the best service. A man, who I assume is the owner or manager did my nails. While gel x tips were used, they were glued on with regular nail glue. Brush on gel was used as an overlay instead of the normal hard gel. Yes I should have said something, but we all know how awkward that can be. The nails looked acceptable at the time. The price on their menu posted on the wall for a gel set was $55 or $65, I can’t remember exactly. But at the end of my service I was charged $95. I did get cat eye polish, which I know can be an up charge, but that much more? Insanity. My nails lifted and started popping off a week later. Which is insane to me. I usually go three weeks inbetween fills for gel x sets. I’m going there on Monday to try and get a refund of some sorts. Will adjust this review accordingly.
After just one visit, I am looking forward to much more. Julie and Ann, you made me feel special as it seemed all your clients felt that way too. I found what I was missing in this relaxing and friendly environment. The owner was also professional and courteous throughout. And, my hands and feet looked beautiful! The massage was awesome! I am super satisfied. Thank you all!
